Oven-baked Clams with Garlic


clam12 large clams, scrubbed
clam3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
clam4 large pieces of aluminum foil

How to:

1.Put 3 clams and some chopped garlic in each piece of foil.
2.Wrap them up carefully so that you will not lose any clam juice when the clams are done.
3.Place the wrapped clams onto a tray and bake in a 400F oven.
4.Remove them from the oven as soon as the clams open, about 10 to 15 minutes.
