Oven-baked Clams with Garlic
12 large clams, scrubbed
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
4 large pieces of aluminum foil
1.Put 3 clams and some chopped garlic in each piece of foil.
2.Wrap them up carefully so that you will not lose any clam juice when the clams are done.
3.Place the wrapped clams onto a tray and bake in a 400°F oven.
4.Remove them from the oven as soon as the clams open, about 10 to 15 minutes.
The best part of this dish is the clam juice, so drink it up and enjoy the sweetness.
