1 fresh dungeon crab
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
1 1/2 Tbs. of unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1. Clean the crab both inside and outside. Cut the crab into 4 pieces.
2. Use an oven-safe pot with lid, such as a corning pot. Put the crab and the other ingredients in the pot.
3. Cover the pot and put it in a 400°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Use a live crab, if possible. Don't forget to taste the rich "soup" from the pot.
