Pan-fried Salmon
Ingredients:
1 salmon steak or fillet
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 green onions, cut into 1 in. lengths
salt and pepper
vegetable oil
How to:
1. Cut the salmon into 2 inch pieces. Season with salt and pepper and set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a pan and put in some vegetable oil.
3. After the oil is hot, fry the salmon in medium high heat until it is golden brown on both sides.
4. Put in the garlic and green onions and stir evenly with the salmon. Turn off the heat immediately and serve.
