Oven-broiled Chicken Drumsticks (sorry, no photo)
6 chicken drumsticks
curry powder (hot or mild, depending on personal preference)
salt and pepper
1. Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
2. Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper and curry powder.
3. Place the drumsticks on a rack and put it on a cookie sheet or pan to collect the grease. Using a rack prevents the drumsticks from sitting in the grease during cooking.
4. Put the drumsticks in the oven and broil for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. You may turn them once during cooking.
The weather is getting warmer. This could be a good barbecue dish.
