Stewed Pork Spareribs


clam12 pork spareribs
clam10 cloves of garlic
clam1 tsp. of crystal-sugar
clam6 Tbsp. of soy sauce
clam2 Tbsp. of rice wine

How to:

1. Put all ingredients in a pot with lid. 
2. Cook on low heat with lid on for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.  

clam Tip: You may add star anise for a stronger taste.  The heat should be as low as possible.
