Shrimps with Green Onions


clamhead-on shrimps
clam garlic
clamgreen onions
clamchili peppers (optional)
clamrice wine

How to:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan.  Put in garlic and chili peppers and stir at medium heat for 2 minutes. 
2. Turn the heat to high and put in the shrimps.  Stir and cover the pan until the shrimps start to turn red.  Remove the lid and add rice wine and salt.  Stir until the shrimps are done. Add green onions, stir, and turn off the heat immediately.

clam Tip: I use small spot prawns and a lot of garlic and green onions.  .
