Omelet with smoked salmon


clam eggs
clam smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
clam green onions, chopped
clam salt and pepper to taste

How to:

1. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and brush lightly with vegetable oil. 
3. Pour in the egg mixture to coat the pan and sprinkle smoked salmon and green onions on the omelet.  As soon as the mixture sets, roll up the omelet to form a roll.  Turn the heat to low. 
4. When the omelet is done, cut into triangles and serve.
